COLLEGE CAREER DAYS

College Career Days represent one of the North Jersey Alumnae Chapter’s longstanding commitments to preparing young people for academic success and professional readiness. Rooted in Delta Sigma Theta’s emphasis on Educational Development, these events create meaningful opportunities for students to explore colleges, discover career pathways, and connect with mentors who can help guide their future goals. Through workshops, panel discussions, resource fairs, and one-on-one conversations, College Career Days empower students with the knowledge and confidence needed to navigate higher education and the workforce.

For NJAC, whose legacy began with the pioneering spirit of the Kappa Sigma Chapter, these programs reflect a deep belief in elevating youth and expanding access to opportunity. The events often feature Delta women and community professionals who share real-world insights, offering students valuable perspectives on academic preparation, financial planning, career exploration, and leadership development. College Career Days stand as a testament to the chapter’s enduring mission: to inspire, educate, and equip young people for success while strengthening the communities they serve. Year after year, these initiatives continue to open doors, spark ambition, and embody Delta’s dedication to lifelong learning and empowerment.
