We invite you to join the North Jersey Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., in collaboration with the North Jersey Minerva Corporation, for our 64th Annual Scholarship Benefit Luncheon, themed: “Scholars of Today, Leaders of Tomorrow.”

Since 1961, NJAC has awarded over $1,000,000 in scholarship assistance to young people in Essex, Union and Hudson Counties. The funds are awarded based on financial need, academic requirements and teacher/faculty recommendations to support higher education. The scholarships are supported by community donations and signature fundraising events, such as the annual Scholarship Benefit Luncheon. 

 

In alignment with our Five-Point Programmatic Thrust of Educational Development, this event offers a meaningful day of celebration, fellowship and community support, featuring:

• Recognition of our 2026 Scholarship Recipients who exemplify leadership, academic excellence and community service

• A Card Party, offering fun and friendly competition

• A return of The Delta Mall, with chances to win themed baskets of goodies, while further supporting our future leaders

• Vendor Lane, where attendees can shop for unique items and support minority-owned small businesses from across New Jersey and the Tri-State Area,

• Door Prizes, Raffles and Entertainment, adding delight and excitement throughout the day
