OUR STORY

I’ve always loved culinary arts, a talent inherited from my family. Tossed was created from my mission to eat healthier. Growing up in Newark, NJ I had limited options of restaurants that I could go to obtain a healthy meal.

After, seeing how unhealthy food choices affected most of my family and friends’ health, prompted me to create a place where people could come to for delicious healthy meals and smoothies.
